Gilman and Pastor Files Suit Against National Auto Finance Company, Inc.
    BOSTON, Dec. 7 -- The following is being issued by the law
firm of Gilman and Pastor, LLP on behalf of persons who purchased National
Auto Finance Company, Inc. ("National Auto") stock between January 29, 1997
and July 8, 1998 (the "Class Period"):
    You are hereby notified that a class action has been commenced in the
United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, on behalf
of all purchasers of National Auto stock during the Class Period, which
asserts claims under the federal securities laws.
    The complaint alleges that defendants violated the Securities Act of 1933
and the Exchange Act of 1934 by making false and misleading statements about
National Auto's revenues and earnings and by concealing losses through
improper and deceptive accounting practices.
    If you purchased shares of National Auto stock during the Class Period,
you may, but not later than December 28, 1998, move the Court to serve as lead
plaintiff of the Class, if you so choose.  To serve as lead plaintiff,
