    SAN FRANCISCO--Dec. 8, 1998--AAA reports all Emergency Road Service and Claims Call Centers are functioning properly during this morning's Bay Area-wide power failure.
    All AAA District Offices are open, with the exception of San Francisco and Serra Monte.
