Electrobike Squares Off Against Lee Iacocca at Bike Expo
13,000 Expected at April 23-25 Retail Debut of 'Jazz'

CHULA VISTA, Calif., March 25 -- BAT International's
(OTC Bulletin Board: BAAT) subsidiary, Electrobike, will introduce it's new
electric bicycle, "Jazz" at the Southern California Bike Expo at the LA
Convention Center on April 23rd to 25th. Lee Iacocca's electric bicycle
company, EV Global Motors, will be right across the aisle. Electrobike
expects to "wow" the crowd with a series of exhibits and bike demonstrations
using advanced multi-media technology. Display highlights will include a 3-D
video presentation of Electrobikes in action, a Miripolsky Motorcanvas and the
video of Miripolsky riding through San Francisco and creating an "electric art
happening."
In preparation for the Southern CA Bike Expo, Electrobike will be
completing a set of high-speed electric bike runs and undergoing a separate
series of durability tests. Electrobike "Jazz" durability tests are being
featured as a part of the introduction of an innovative 3-D video technology.
Shooting will occur during a ride across Death Valley National Monument.
Footage will also be shot of Electrobike's land speed record runs where speeds
are expected to exceed 60 mph. This high-speed electric bicycle and a video
of the high-speed runs will also be shown at the Bike Expo. The official
record setting high-speed run will follow the Expo on May 16th at a dry lake
bed in El Mirage, California.
Also part of the exhibit is an Electrobike "Dealer Kit" which includes a
point of purchase display, "Jazz" bikes, a neon store-front sign, merchandise
and apparel. One important objective of Electrobike's attendance at the Bike
Expo is to host interested dealers and demonstrate the consumer reaction to
Electrobike's product line. A special invitation is being sent to a list of
Southern California and U.S. dealers in conjunction with efforts to market
dealerships and introduce Electrobike to retail shops.
A bike "ride & drive" loop will be set up at the entrance to the LA
Convention Center. Electrobike will be sending interested customers out to
this location for Electrobike "Jazz" test rides. Once someone sees and rides
an Electrobike, they will be convinced "Jazz" is the best electric bicycle on
the market. It accelerates quickly, reaches a top speed of 17 mph and offers
a range of over 20 miles. Among the various innovations is an interchangeable
battery cassette with an easy carry handle, a step through frame design, rear
hub motor, rear drum brake, 24-diameter wheels for greater stability and a low
center of gravity.
These innovations make "Jazz" easy and fun to ride, with performance
exceeding other competing electric bikes at a price far below the competition.
In fact, at a retail price of $749, Electrobike is positioned 25% below Lee
Iacocca's EV Global Motors electric bicycle.
