EXCLUSIVE "TV ON THE NET" BROADCASTS
FROM THE LOS ANGELES & DETROIT AUTO SHOWS

Only THE AUTO CHANNEL Brings You Every New Vehicle Introduction
& Every Press Conference

For the third straight year, THE AUTO CHANNEL Internetwork, www.theautochannel.com,
will present exclusive wall-to-wall Media Days coverage from America's two most
important automotive expositions: the Greater Los Angeles Auto Show, and the
North American International Auto Show in Detroit.

Traditionally, Media Days at the LA and Detroit shows are reserved for working
automotive journalists and industry members, who get the opportunity to examine
the latest offerings and final versions of new vehicles before they're put
on display to the general public. But, with TACH's extensive behind-the-scenes
broadcasts, every automotive enthusiast and fan around the world can be an insider,
watching all the events firsthand.

Coverage of the Los Angeles Auto Show will begin on Thursday, January 6th, with
two jam-packed days of new vehicle introductions, press conferences, and
celebrity interviews. Porsche, BMW, Rolls Royce, Volkswagen, Ford, Subaru,
DeTomaso, Saleen, Daewoo, DaimlerChrysler and Lincoln are among the manufacturers
scheduled to unveil new vehicles or significant updates. Friday's broadcast
will conclude with a one hour panel discussion between many of the world's
foremost automotive designers. This session is part of the Southern California-based
Art Center College of Design's involvement at the LA Auto Show, which is
highlighted by a custom-designed and multi-faceted exhibit that features more
than 30 scale models, original drawings and design studies by graduating students.

Coverage of the North American International Auto Show from Cobo Center will commence
on Sunday, January 9th, and continue through Thursday, January 13th. Ford, Toyota,
Jaguar, Suzuki, Mercedes Benz, Acura, Mitsubishi, Dodge, Kia and several
other manufacturers have scheduled press conferences and introductions. Ford,
GM, and Chrysler will also have concept car presentations.

All broadcasts and a complete program schedule for the Los Angeles show
will be available through THE AUTO CHANNEL Internetwork at
"www.theautochannel.com/cybercast/2000autoshows/laias". The Detroit show
broadcasts and program schedule will be available at
