Sagent Announces E-Business Solution for California State Automobile Association

    System Offers Enhanced Tracking and Analysis of Current Claim

    With Sagent, CSAA is now empowered to better track its operational activity and monitor its claims adjusters' performance and cycle times via its company intranet, as well as to access current customer claim information for improved member service.
    Using CSAA's corporate intranet, the Sagent Solution allows the company to regularly collect and consolidate information on the performance of its claims adjusters and their cycle times for individual member claim processing. The CSAA management team then uses the information to enhance the evaluation of those adjusters for merit increases. In addition, Sagent Solution enables CSAA to track the flow of information created from processing individual claims over the intranet. With it, CSAA analyzes the accuracy and timeliness of claim approvals, the reduction or increase of cycle times, and claim handling expenses.
