The Brake Shop Working with State of Michigan for Customer SatisfactionFRASER, Mich., March 28 The Brake Shop has been working with the State of Michigan over the past several months to satisfy any and all customer complaints including the 9 currently cited, 4 of which are alleged by a Detroit TV Station in creation of a news story. Of the remaining 5, 2 complaints are from 1998 and 3 from 1999. Each year The Brake Shop works on over 84,000 cars in the State of Michigan. Even at that level, 5 customer complaints is still 5 too many. The Brake Shop stands behind their reputation and the work they provide and takes any complaints or allegations very seriously. Each and every Brake Shop mechanic is tested and certified by The State of Michigan. The Brake Shop has policies and procedures in place that abide and follow State of Michigan Bureau of Automotive Regulations and the National Motorist Assurance Program. The Brake Shop's goal is to provide 100% customer satisfaction and safety and to that end they will continue working closely with the State of Michigan on behalf of their customers.
