The Brake Shop Working with State of Michigan for Customer Satisfaction

FRASER, Mich., March 28 The Brake Shop has been working
with the State of Michigan over the past several months to satisfy any and all
customer complaints including the 9 currently cited, 4 of which are alleged by
a Detroit TV Station in creation of a news story. Of the remaining 5, 2
complaints are from 1998 and 3 from 1999.
Each year The Brake Shop works on over 84,000 cars in the State of
Michigan. Even at that level, 5 customer complaints is still 5 too many. The
Brake Shop stands behind their reputation and the work they provide and takes
any complaints or allegations very seriously. Each and every Brake Shop
mechanic is tested and certified by The State of Michigan. The Brake Shop has
policies and procedures in place that abide and follow State of Michigan
Bureau of Automotive Regulations and the National Motorist Assurance Program.
The Brake Shop's goal is to provide 100% customer satisfaction and safety and
to that end they will continue working closely with the State of Michigan on
behalf of their customers.
