Laforza Comes to Bat Again

10 May 2000

Laforza Receives Funding for 2000 Special Edition and 2001 Models
ESCONDIDO, Calif. - NC Capital Markets has arranged a $750,000 bridge
financing that will precede an expected $5,000,000 Private Placement by Travis
Morgan Securities.

The funding will also allow Laforza initial working capital required to
launch a Special Edition 2000 model and begin complete plans for a 2001
vehicle, which will debut later this year.

Laforza Automobiles, Inc. manufactures and distributes the most luxurious
exclusive Italian Sport Utility Vehicle available in the USA. The bodywork is
styled by the renowned stylist Thomas Tjaarda and manufactured by Magnum
Industrial, based in Cherasco, Italy. The famous Francesco Gavina design studio,
in Italy designs the luxury leather interior. Laforza uses the Ford 5-liter
V-8 powerplant and drivetrain.

The 2000 model will feature allwheel drive, a choice of leather interior,
four wheel disc brakes and a supercharger option.

In Europe, Magnum produces the same platform for government and military
uses, and so the Laforza can be modified to a level 4-security vehicle on the
production line. The company is contemplating a move into this highly
profitable market.

This makes the Laforza a very versatile luxury SUV, with features not
available in competitive products.
