CompleteCar Selects WebAppoint to Manage Online Appointment Scheduling

Far-Reaching Strategic Partnership Enhances CompleteCar's Customer-Service Capabilities

    BOSTON - Complete Transportation, Inc., the premier online automotive repair and service portal and Application Service Provider of San Francisco, today named WebAppoint.com, Inc., the online appointment scheduling pioneer of Santa Clara, Calif., its provider of online appointment scheduling software. WebAppoint offers CompleteCar and its customers the ability to schedule appointments online anytime anywhere, allowing vehicle owners to schedule and confirm maintenance, service and repair appointments via the Web or wireless devices.

    The 12-month strategic partnership, geared to enhance the customer-service capabilities of the CompleteCar Site, was announced during the opening day of the Kelsey Group's Annual Local Online Commerce Conference in Boston. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

    WebAppoint will continuously demonstrate its full suite of products today through Friday, July 21, at the Kelsey Group's Annual Local Online Commerce Conference at the Sheraton Boston Hotel, Booth Number 19.
