eXitSource Forms Alliance With Nextel Communications, Inc.

1 August 2000

Relevant Information on Interstate Travel Services Instantly Accessible to Nextel's Traveler in a Safe, Mobile-Centric Format

ATLANTA - eXitSource (formerly Interstate America), the definitive source of
real-time travel content for motorists en route, today announced an agreement
with Nextel Communications, Inc. , a leader in wireless communications. A new
wireless Web application from eXitSource will be one of the services available
for Nextel Online subscribers.

eXitSource's wireless Web content connects interstate highway travelers to
eXitSource's in-depth, relevant data on travel services at every exit in the
United States, providing essential road travel information, such as gas,
food and lodging en route, precisely when drivers need it. Designed with
ease-of-use and motorist safety in mind, eXitSource is an invaluable resource
for emergency needs, as well as for enhancing the safety, convenience and
enjoyment of highway traveling. Unlike wireless travel services that require
street addresses and zip codes, eXitSource has a data presentation format
designed to be user friendly. Motorists access the database using a simple
scroll-and-click text menu to enter the interstate and exit numbers.

"We're proud to team with Nextel Communications, which is focused on
developing new and differentiated products for the business traveler," said
Chris Blair, Vice President of Alliances and Business Development of
eXitSource. "eXitSource and Nextel will help transform the mobile traveler's
driving experience and set the standard for providing real-time travel
information en route, in a format that is easier to use than any service of
its kind."

Under the terms of the agreement, eXitSource will be one of the featured
selections on the Nextel Online menu. Both companies will share
responsibility for market education, including advertising and marketing.

"eXitSource with its unique travel database and presentation format will
help Nextel as we extend our commitment to introduce a complete range of
customized information services for our customer on the move. eXitSource
adds tremendous value to our core services by enabling users to rely on
their mobile phones as a integral source of information," said Greg Santoro,
vice president, web-based services, Nextel.
