It's Opening Day for the Fall Detroit Camper & RV Show!NOVI, Mich., Oct. 4 The 11th Annual Fall Detroit Camper & RV Show opens today and runs thru Sunday, Oct. 8 at the Novi Expo Center. The event will feature all types and sizes of year 2000 and 2001 recreation vehicles, including folding campers, motor homes, travel trailers, truck campers, park models and fifth wheels. The models on display range in price from $3,000 to over $200,000. Visitors to the show this year can enjoy the circus as they stroll around. Watch Kevin "the Uncanny" as he performs his magic today, Thursday and Friday. Meet a strolling raffin street organ player on Thursday and Friday and enjoy the company of clowns as they make balloon animals today, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. Have a quiet conversation with a mime today and Thursday. Psychic readers will be on hand today, Thursday, Friday and Saturday to tell your fortune. On Saturday and Sunday afternoon, Josh Casey presents the "Just Joshin' Show," combined with juggling, unicycling and comedy. See Zeemo the Magnificent as he performs his one-man circus with yo-yo's and juggling on Saturday and Sunday. And be sure to look up on Saturday and Sunday. The 11th Annual Fall Detroit Camper & RV Show will be held at the Novi Expo Center (I-96 & Novi Road) and is open weekdays, 2 p.m.-9 p.m., Saturday, Noon-9 p.m., and Sunday, Noon-6 p.m. The cost for adult admission (age 13 and up) is $7.00; children age 12 and under are admitted free! Seniors are admitted for just $4.50 today and Thursday, October 5 (no coupon necessary).
